Over time, my family and I decided to share our home with guests, bringing our hospitality experience to the tourism sector. Guests are often struck by the positive energy that greets you as soon as you step inside. Located in the historic center of Agrigento, the Elegant Dépendance Del Barone offers an 80 m² apartment for up to 3 guests. You'll find a living room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The shared kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, private air conditioning in the kitchen and bedroom, a private garden, TV, fan, workspace, crib, and shared toys and books for children. Self check-in is available for your arrival. Enjoy the private garden, perfect for relaxing in the heart of Agrigento's historic center. Parking is available on the street. One small pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Please note, access requires stairs, so the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair users. Only guests registered at check-in may access the property. The owners live on site but not in the booked apartment. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee during your stay. Washing machine is available for an extra fee for the entire stay.
